Note from Frances on February 17, 2011: I had “lost” this book proposal, Conversations with The Dolphins, years ago, only to find it today. I offer it now, though I know it is late. But as my friends in the animal kingdom told me after Hurricane Katrina, “it is late, but it is not too late”.

I am not responsible for the “opinions” of the Dolphins, though I must say I feel a lot “looser” after reading them because, darn, they make a lot of sense!  Argue with them and they change the subject…The document still needs corrections but I could not wait a minute longer to get it to you!

Overview

Messages For The Millennium: A Dolphin Dissertation is the story of one woman’s efforts to use her remarkable abilities to make a contribution to mankind. During a series of ongoing exchanges a pod of dolphins shared their opinions and views on a variety of subjects with Fox.  These Messages For The Millennium address issues that affect the planet on a global level. The dolphins call out to societies to examine some of the most basic tenets and precepts that they operate under.  This material is controversial by nature and questions some of the most basic rules of establishment.

These are the opinions of the dolphins and not necessarily of the author. In fact, some of the information was disturbing enough to delay Fox nearly a year in seeking publication. But the time has come; a promise was made and must be kept to honor the dolphins and their Messages For The Millennium.

An additional element of this material is a thread of Atlantean past lives as interpreted by Fox. These lives reference many of the millennium issues brought up by the dolphins. The fall of Atlantis in many ways mirrors the crisis modern day society finds itself in. Perhaps the lessons from Atlantis can expand the dolphin’s information to another level.

Background

One day in the fall of 1996 Fox decided to find if she could still converse with dolphins. What ensued was a life altering experience for Fox, who soon found herself being bombarded with beliefs and views about society and sexuality that were diametrically opposed to everything she believed In. the dolphins had a lot to say, most of it controversial. Shocked, Fox vowed not to return.

After a matter of time Fox felt compelled to return to hear what else the dolphins had to say. Apologetic, they offered to speak to her on other subjects as well and what followed was a series of conversations, of messages from the dolphins.

The Purpose of This Book

As we approach the millennium there is an increased interest and reexamination of the structure of society and its organizations and institutions. A paradigm shift is in the works and the time has come for the self-examination of society. The observations by the dolphins are also held by may others who question the way things are. In listening to the great minds of the planet expressing their views on the upcoming millennium, how can we not include the dolphins?

WORK

“Most of you work to achieve material things and to that extent, we think that work should be abolished.”

PHYSICALITY vs. NON-PHYSICALITY

In physicality, the values and the morals are based on self-preservation of the physical body. In non-physicality the preservation of the soul is the ultimate goal.”

ANIMALS IN CAPTIVITY

Certain animals have chosen to be in so called “enslavement” or captivity in order to teach and heal humans.

MEDITATION

“Meditation is very important for the development of spirituality. The methods that are being promoted today to achieve this state through machinery are not correct.”

DIMENSIONAL SHIFT

“We need for you to know that it is going to end soon for all of you. Those of you who have completed your task will shift and those of you who have not will stay, but in a world that will no longer recognize and that for a space of time will be a nightmare.”

EVIL

“A lack of understanding of evil and the lack of willingness of human beings  to study it has caused tremendous moral emptiness.”

EXISTENTIAL CRISIS

“The reason mankind, in contemporary civilization, has not looked inward, is because of the level of pain he will face when he finds that he has not resolved the major issue of living, that issue which is very aptly named the existential crisis.”

ATLANTIS RISING

“Atlantis will rise again and we will be there perhaps having learned what we need to learn for it to reach its full glory and remain true to its spirit, the spirit of evolution together with the vibration of love.”

Individuality

NDIVIDUALITY IS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT IN THIS NEXT PHASE, OR LAST PHASE OF WRITTEN HUMAN HISTORY. PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT AFRAID TO MARCH OFF IN A DIRECTION THAT MAY APPEARS TO HAVE NO DIRECTION, IN A WANDERING THAT APPEARS TO LEAD NOWHERE BUT ACTUALLY LEADS, WILL BE HIGHLY HONORED BY THOSE WHO FOLLOW THEIR PATH. THEY WILL ESTABLISH A PATH THAT WILL LEAD BACK TO THE SOURCE AND BACK HOME.

SOCIETY CANNOT ACCOMPLISH THIS BECAUSE ONCE YOU’RE ON THE PATH BACK HOME, THE GROUP PROCESS HAS NO PLACE.

Power

POWER hAS A WAY OF POLLUTING AND PROSTITUTING INDIVIDUALS. THE VALUES THAT ARE CONSIDERED IMPORTANT FOR AN INDIVIDUAL ARE NOT GENERALLY APPLIED TO SOCIETY. THE VALUES THAT APPLIED IN TIMES OF WAR CAN BE VALUES THAT WOULD NEVER BE HONORED FOR AN INDIVIDUAL.  THE BREAKDOWN OF SOCIETY WOULD TREMENDOUSLY BENEFIT THE EVOLUTION OF MANKIND.

INDIVIDUALS, WHEN THEY ARE ALONE,  ARE FAR MORE APT TO BE IN TUNE WITH NATURE.

THE INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE BEEN OUTCASTS ARE WILLING TO TURN THEIR BACKS ON THE TEACHINGS OF SOCIETY BECAUSE IT DOES NOT SIT WELL WITH THEIR HEARTS. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT DESERVE TO BE IN PLACES OF HONOR.  THE SONGS THAT THEY HAVE SUNG ARE NOT IN KEEPING WITH SOCIETY’S SONG.

ORGANIZED RELIGIONS

ORGANIZED RELIGIONS HAVE NOT WANTED AND NOT ALLOWED THE PEOPLE TO FIND THEIR TRUE SOURCE OF POWER. PEOPLE DO NOT NEED WHAT CARL MARX CALLED “OPIUM”. INSTITUTION, PERSONS OR GROUPS PREVENT PEOPLE FROM LOOKING AT THEMSELVES AND FINDING OUT WHO THEY TRULY ARE, HOW POWERFUL THEY TRULY CAN BE, AND HOW TO USE THE GIFTS THAT THEY HAVE.

THE UNIT OF FAMILY

THE UNIT OF FAMILY CANNOT FULFILL THE NEEDS OF HUMANITY, WHICH IS MAINLY THAT OF UNITY WITH SOURCE, OR THE NEED NOT TO BE ALONE. A LOT OF STRUGGLES AND ANGUISH BETWEEN FAMILY MEMBERS AND FAMILIES ARE a RESULT OF LOSS AND SEPARATION FROM THE SOURCE. THE UNIT OF FAMILY IS THE BEST THAT HUMAN BEINGS HAVE COME UP WITH. THEY HAVE NOT KNOWN THAT UNITY CAN BE A UNIVERSAL UNITY WITH ALL PEOPLE.

PEOPLE THAT UNDERSTAND THIS ARE CALLED MYSTICS, OR ARE SAID TO BE CRAZY, DEPENDING UPON HOW NEATLY THEY PRESENT THIS CONCEPT.

THE COMPUTER AGE

ONE OF THE ASSETS OF THE COMPUTER AGE IS THAT BOUNDARIES BETWEEN PEOPLE ARE GOING TO BE BROKEN DOWN VERY QUICKLY. A LOT OF THE ARTIFICIALITY OF FAMILY AND OF FAMILY CONNECTIONS IS NOT TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN RELATING VIA COMPUTERS.

RELATIONSHIPS THAT ARE BEING PROMOTED BY COMPUTER SOCIETY ARE ACTUALLY VERY GOOD. IT IS A WAY OF MOVING INTO THE NEW AGE, WHERE ONE CAN BE DEEPLY CONNECTED TO SOMEBODY ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE GLOBE, SOMEBODY THAT YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN, BUT THAT YOU RESONATE WITH AT A HEART OR INTELLECTUAL LEVEL. COMPUTERS BYPASS THESE ARTIFICIAL FAMILY UNITS AND THEY BYPASS THE ARTIFICIAL UNIT OF COUNTY, STATE AND COUNTRY.

Marriage

WE DO NOT HONOR MARRIAGE VERY HIGHLY AS IT IS EXTREMELY ARTIFICIAL.

IT IS THE MAIN RESTRAINT ON THE ENERGETIC EQUIVALENT OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, WHICH IS THE ACT OF SEX.

SEX

IF WE COULD CHANGE OUR DEFINITION OF WHAT SEX IS, THEN WE COULD CHANGE THE WAY WE VIEW IT. THE ACT OF SEX IS A LOVING ACT BETWEEN TWO PEOPLE, AN ACT THAT IS AT ITS BEST UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, ALLOWING ENERGY TO FLOW HEALING AND NOURISHING BOTH PEOPLE.

SEX AND COMMITMENT

GOOD PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TAUGHT THAT THE ACT OF SEXUALITY    MUST INCLUDE COMMITMENT AND MUST INCLUDE ACCOMPLISHMENT, BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE. SEXUALITY MUST INCLUDE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE AT THE MOMENT OF SURRENDER COMING TOGETHER.

THIS PLANET HAS MANY THINGS THAT DON’T MAKE SENSE, AND ONE OF THEM IS THE WAY SEXUALITY IS USED.

IT HAS BEEN TIED INTO ACCOMPLISHMENT, TO COMMITMENT, AND IT CREATES INVISIBLE TIES THAT BIND AND CHOKE.

LIMITING SEX

SINCE THE ACT OF SEX IS THE ENERGETIC CULMINATION OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE,

TO LIMIT IT TO ONE PERSON FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE SEEMS LUDICROUS. SEXUALITY IS THE USE OF ENERGY, ALLOWING IT TO FLOW THROUGH ITS PROPER CONDUITS. SEXUALITY SHOULD NOT NECESSARILY MEAN COMMITMENT.

Group Process

THE GROUP PROCESS OF SOCIETY ISN’T TO BE MISTAKEN WITH COMMUNITY.

SEXUALITY

“Sexuality is the energy, of allowing it to flow properly through its proper conduits.”

MARRIAGE

“We do not honor marriage very highly as it is extremely artificial and is the main restrain of the energetic equivalent of unconditional love, which is the sexual act”.

FAMILY

“The extended family, to the extent that it includes more people, is more natural than the nuclear family of the industry and post industry ages.”

RELIGION

“Organized religions have not wanted and not allowed the people to find their true sources of power.”

SOCIETY

“Societies have been very detrimental to civilization. The individual has been belittled, his importance and his attributes diminished, for the apparent good of society.”

COMMUNITY

“The group process of society is not be mistaken with community. Community is the working together of individuals to control the environment for the benefit of all.”

DESTRUCTURING OF SOCIETY

“We are suggesting a destructuring of the world as we know it. The structures that exist on the planet are creating havoc in the spiritual development of mankind.”

SOCIETIES AND COMMUNITIES

COMMUNITY IS A WORKING TOGETHER OF INDIVIDUALS TO CONTROL ENVIRONMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL. SOCIETY IS THE GROUPING OF INDIVIDUALS FOR THE BENEFIT OF A SMALL GROUP AT THE TOP.

SOCIETIES ARE GENERALLY, IF NOT ALWAYS, HIERARCHICAL, WHEREAS COMMUNITIES ARE CIRCULAR IN THE NATURE OF THEIR DYNAMICS.

IF WE LOOK AT THE BEHAVIOR OF INDIVIDUALS WITHIN SOCIETY, OR WITHIN GROUPINGS THAT ARE CONSIDERED SMALLER SOCIETIES, WE WILL SEE THAT IT IS MUCH EASIER FOR THEIR BEHAVIOR TO BE POLLUTED AND PERVERTED UNDER THE GUISE OF ACHIEVING ENDS THAT ARE GOOD FOR THE ENTIRE GROUP.

WE ARE SUGGESTING A RESTRUCTURING OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT. THE STRUCTURES THAT EXIST ON THE PLANET ARE CREATING HAVOC IN THE SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT OF MANKIND.

MAN CAN NEVER BE STAGNANT AND REMAIN IN PLACE. HE IS EITHER MOVING FORWARD OR HE IS FALLING BACK. THIS IS THE NATURE OF THE TIME AND MOTION AND IN THIS SENSE MAN IS FALLING BACK AS HE INCREASINGLY BUYS INTO AND PARTICIPATES IN DIFFERENT FORMS OF SOCIETY.

WORK AND PLAY

MOST OF YOU WORK TO ACHIEVE MATERIAL THINGS AND TO THAT EXTEND WE THINK THAT WORK SHOULD BE ABOLISHED. IF YOU ASK PEOPLE WHO ARE DOING THEIR LIFE WORK WHETHER THEY CONSIDER THEIR WORK FUN, THEY WILL SAY THAT THEY CONSIDER WHAT THEY ARE DOING PLAY.

DEHYDRATION

PEOPLE WHO ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH WATER AND DEHYDRATION ARE PEOPLE WHOSE DNA HAS SHIFTED AND CHANGED AND EVOLVED. INCREASINGLY THERE WILL BE MORE PEOPLE IN NEED OF WATER AND THOSE OF WHO ALREADY NEED A LOT WILL NEED EVEN MORE.

LIFE WORK

IF IT IS WORK, THEN IT HAS TO DO WITH ACHIEVING, ACQUIRING OR PAYING FOR MATERIAL THINGS,. IF IT IS LIFE WORK IT’S CONSIDERED PLAYING.

COMFORTS

DEVELOPMENTALLY, MAN SHOULD HAVE VALUED PHYSICALITY COMFORTS LESS AS HE EVOLVED, AND THAT HAS NOT BEEN THE CASE. INSTEAD, ISSUES OF PRESERVATION HAVE BEEN RESOLVED AND MAN HAS NOT MADE THE PROPER ADJUSTMENTS TO HIS VALUE SYSTEM. HE HAS CONTINUED TO ACT AS IF THE PRESERVATION OF HIS BODY IN SUPREME COMFORT WERE OF PRIMARY IMPORTANCE.

PHYSICALITY

THE ISSUES OF PHYSICALITY HAVE OCCUPIED MAN FOR CENTURIES BEYOND WRITTEN HUMAN HISTORY, BEYOND THE HISTORY THAT WE KNOW. PRESERVING THE PHYSICAL BODY WAS THE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY OF MANKIND.

IN NON-PHYSICALITY, IT’S THE PRESERVATION OF THE SOUL THAT IS ULTIMATE GOAL.

SOLITUDE

ONE NEEDS SOLITUDE. COMMUNING WITH NATURE IS A VERY INTRINSIC WAY OF ACHIEVING SOLITUDE AND A MEDITATIVE STATE. THE METHODS THAT ARE BEING PROMOTED TODAY TO ACHIEVE THIS STATE THROUGH MACHINERY ARE NOT CORRECT AND ARE NOT CONDUCIVE TO ACHIEVING TRUE SPIRITUALITY.

ANIMAL CAPTIVITY

CERTAIN ANIMALS HAVE CHOSEN TO BE IN SO CALLED “ENSLAVEMENT” OR CAPTIVITY, IN ORDER TO TEACH AND HEAL HUMANS.

THESE ANIMALS MAY HAVE SACRIFICED SOME OF THEIR PHYSICAL FREEDOM FOR

THE BENEFIT OF MANKIND.

DETERIORATION OF THE PLANET

MOST OF THE ISSUES TO DO WITH DETERIORATION OF THE PLANET ARE DUE TO MAN’S FOCUS ON MAKING HIS PHYSICAL BODY MORE COMFORTABLE.

DIMENSIONAL SHIFT

THOSE WHO ARE LEFT BEHIND ARE NOT CONSIDERED ANY LESS DIVINE, IN OTHER WORDS, A PART OF THE SOURCE, OR GOD.

THEY ARE BEING LEFT BEHIND TO GIVE THEM AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN WHAT THEY NEED TO LEARN, AND DID NOT LEARN IN TIME.

EARTH CHANGES

MAN HIMSELF CHOSE THESE EARTH CHANGES AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN WHAT HE DID NOT LEARN DURING THE TIME THAT HAS BEEN ALLOTTED TO HIM.

DRUGS FOR MIND EXPANSION

THE DRUGS THAT ARE BEING PROMOTED TO ACHIEVE THE STATE OF ONENESS WITH THE SOURCE ARE THE TRUE MEANS OF COMMUNICATING. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE INDIVIDUAL THAT IS INGESTING THESE DRUGS BE AWARE OF WHAT HE IS ACHIEVING WHEN HE INGESTS THEM. IF HE DOES NOT HAVE THE CORRECT ATTITUDE AND OPENNESS, THEN THE TRIP COULD BE A HORROR RATHER THAN A BLESSING.

EXISTENTIAL CRISIS

THE REASON MANKIND, IN CONTEMPORARY CIVILIZATION, HAS NOT LOOKED INWARD, IS BECAUSE OF THE LEVEL OF PAIN HE WILL FACE WHEN HE FINDS THAT HE HAS NOT RESOLVED THE MAJOR ISSUE OF LIVING, THAT ISSUE WHICH IS VERY APTLY NAMED THE EXISTENTIAL CRISIS.

INSTINCT OF SELF-PRESERVATION

SELF-PRESERVATION HAS BEEN SUBSTITUTED BY MATERIALISM AS THE REASON FOR BEING AND THE REASON FOR LIVING.

THE RAPTURE?

WE RECOGNIZE THE PAIN OF THOSE WHO WILL BE LEFT BEHIND. BUT WE NEED TO ALSO SEE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN AFFORDED THE OPPORTUNITY, AN OPPORTUNITY THAT IS MORE CONDUCIVE TOWARDS THE PROPER CHOICES, AND BECAUSE OF THAT, WE SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEIR PAIN AND THEIR SITUATION TO DETRACT THEM FROM THE JOY OF LEAVING PHYSICALITY AND MOVING INTO DIMENSIONS THAT ARE MORE AMENABLE TO HAVING AN OPEN HEART.

THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT

THE WORLD, AS WE KNOW IT, WILL CEASE TO EXIST, AND WE UNDERSTAND THAT THE PHRASE, WHICH SOUNDS SO ETHEREAL, IS ACTUALLY A COMFORTABLE WAY OF SAYING THAT THE WORLD WE KNOW IT, IS GOING TO END.

WE NEED FOR YOU TO KNOW THAT IT IS GOING TO END SOON FOR ALL OF YOU. THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE COMPLETED YOUR TASK, WILL SHIFT.

AND THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE NOT, WILL STAY, BUT IN A WORLD THAT YOU WILL NO LONGER RECOGNIZE AND THAT FOR A SPACE OF TIME WILL BE A NIGHTMARE.

SOUL FAMILIES

ENTIRE FAMILIES WILL SHIFT TOGETHER, AS IT IS TRUE THAT SOUL FAMILIES ALMOST ALWAYS VIBRATE AT THE SAME FREQUENCY. AND THE MEMBERS OF THE SOUL FAMILIES THAT DO NOT VIBRATE QUITE AS HIGH, WILL BE PULLED BY THE STRENGTH OF THOSE AROUND THEM THAT LOVE THEM, INTO A DIMENSIONAL SHIFT.

EARTH CHANGES

SO THE EARTH CHANGES ARE NOT A PUNISHMENT, BUT AN OPPORTUNITY THAT IS PROVIDED FOR THOSE WHO DID NOT MAKE THE CHANGES IN TIME, OR WERE NOT AWARE THAT THEY NEEDED TO MAKE CHANGES.
